Land Use Applications and Checklists
The Town of Manila offers the following land use applications.
All applications need to be filled out completely and all required supporting material will need to be provided at the time of submission. Please utilize the corresponding application checklist to ensure that your application is as complete as possible. This will help during the submission process. This submission may also include any applicable fees related to the work needing to be completed. Some of these fees can be identified with the attached Consolidated Fee Schedule.
